Dov is a co-founder and CEO of YooMee Africa, a Pan-Africa 4G wireless broadband mobile Internet operator.Dov has co-founded, built and successfully exited numerous start-ups in the field of telecommunications, internet and technology prior to YooMee Africa. The companies included among others:

1. WiMAX Telecom – the only cross border, wireless broadband operator in Emerging Markets in East Europe. The company deployed over 200 base stations, gaining more than 12’000 customers. WiMAX Telecom was successfully sold to a US Nasdaq quoted company in 2007.

2. SurfEU AG – a pan European ISP in cooperation with the MediaMarkt Group, Europe largest electronic retailer. SurfEU generated more than 1.4 million subscribers and was acquired by Tiscali in 2001.

3. RSLCom Austria – one of the first private fixed line operators in Austria, founded after the liberalization of the market in 1998. Today, the company is part of Telekom Austria.

4. Airpage – the first private paging operator in Austria. The company was sold to Telenor, the Norwegian incumbent, in 1997.

Dov holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree. Dov is married to Anat and together they have 3 children.Dov and Anat were chosen as one of the Leading Entrepreneurs of INSEAD.

Anat Bar-Gera is a chairperson of YooMee Africa as well as a serial entrepreneur and the co-founder of several international telecommunications and internet companies, with numerous successful exits. Prior to YooMee Africa, Anat was a co-founder and the CEO of surfEU, a pan European ISP, which gained 1.5 million subscribers within less than 2 years, and was successfully acquired by Tiscali.  Anat has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and entrepreneurship industries.

Anat presents regularly in international conferences. She gave a TEDex talk in the Silicon Valley about the magical effect of the internet on Africa, spoke in the House of Lords, UNESCO,   the United Nations World Investment Forum, the World Trade Organization Summit and ITU Telecom World. She is a member of several Boards and Councils including the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on the future of Digital Communications; Entrepreneurship Advisory Council, INSEAD; UNICEF Swiss National Board; Swiss Technion Society Board and the Swiss Council of INSEAD.

Anat holds a Law degree and a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD in Fountainebleau, France. She was awarded as a Leading Entrepreneur by INSEAD, together with her husband.

Emmanuel Forson has over 14 years of experience in the oil, gas and fuel industry in various African countries. He had also taken up new challenges working in the trading sector and then reverted to telecommunications in recent years.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting from ISEG, a Business and Finance school in Toulouse, France and a dual Master degree with a major in Finance and Accounting.

Clarisse has over 8 years of experience in the Customer Care industry catering to a variety of different sectors within this field throughout her career such as in the banking and telecommunications sector. She also possesses managerial experience with a particular focus in employee training as well as experience as a Business Development Consultant.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Buea in Cameroon, a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Yaounde II, SOA and a Diploma in Customer Service from Alison University.

Hodis Foade’s whole career has been more or less deeply immersed in the IT and Telecommunications sector. He has held positions all around Africa and has, as a result, a great understanding of the market and where it stands today.

Hodis’ previous work experience includes a range of different positions, including that of Director in a number of companies.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Physics from the INPHB in the Ivory Coast, a Master’s degree in Engineering again from the INPHB and lastly a second Master’s degree in Science and Management from EM in Lyon, France’s leading business school.

Alain Serge Messou has over 13 years in the fields of Finance, Accounting and Auditing. He has also held a wide variety of positions in said sectors, granting him with a sound understanding of the fields.
